Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

• Standard UK delivery (tracked): £4.99
• Free delivery on orders of £50 or more

How long will it take?

Orders are sent from our supplier's warehouse and usually arrive within 10–14 working days. Around Black Friday and Christmas, please allow a few extra days. For Christmas gifts, we recommend ordering by early December.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate parcels.

No extra charges

The price at checkout is the full price. You won't be asked to pay import charges on delivery. If you ever are, don't pay; contact us and we'll sort it.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email mattdean1609@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund.
